Return & Refund Policy – Hadis Healthy Skin
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at netbizniz007@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged Packages – 5 Day Reporting Requirement
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To report a damaged package, email netbizniz007@gmail.com and include:

A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item itself is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at netbizniz007@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
