All orders are processed and fulfilled by our manufacturing and logistics partner, Selfnamed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–14 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee reshipment or refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Hadis Healthy Skin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If your package appears lost, contact us at netbizniz007@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a carrier investigation.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. Claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
